基本介绍

国家优秀自费留学生奖获得者。现任国际环境信息学协会(ISEIS)的会刊Journal of Environmental Informatics Letters的编委,曾任Journal of Environmental Informatics的管理主编、出版编辑和图片编辑;是Environmental Systems Research杂志的(Springer出版,2012年创刊)主要创办人之一;是多个SCI杂志审稿人。近年来主持了中山大学“百人计划”、加拿大阿省环境厅创新基金、中国科学院“海外人才走进科学院”和加拿大环境部科学地平线等基金。作为骨干参与了联合国发展署(UNDP)、加拿大自然基金委(NSERC)、加拿大环境部、阿省、萨省和安省环境厅、国家基金委重大专项、973、863和水专项等支持的科研项目。

 

研究方向

主要包括自然灾害预报(如凌汛、暴雨洪水、雾霾、热浪、台风灾害预报)、资源环境系统分析(如人地耦合关系、水资源、固体废弃物、大气质量和能源环境管理等)、以及全球变化和响应。所开发的洪水预报模型已经在阿省环境厅河流预报中心实现了业务化应用。
