Speaker: Dr Jiang Tong

Biography of the speaker:

       Jiang Tong, researcher, was a undergraduate at the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences, Peking University from 1980 to 1984 and earned a bachelor degree there. During 1984 and 1987, he worked for his master degree in Lanzhou Institute of Glaciology and Cryopedology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Jiang has been working in Nanjing Institute of Geography & Limnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences since 1987. In 1991, he visited the Institute of Geography in University of Giessen and worked for his doctoral degree there, 1994-1999. Dr. Jiang did his post-doctoral research in University of Rouen and National Center for Scientific Research in France.
